(6) Single-screw cylinder 38CrMoAlA nitrided steel material is nitrided as a whole, nitrided layer is 0.4~0.5mm, the cylinder body adopts special air-cooling device barrel, stainless steel electric resistance heater is used to separate sections, cylinder temperature control instrument, Digital intelligence is high precision and temperature measurement control is accurate.
(7) The screw is made of 38CrMoAlA nitrided steel, and the nitride layer is 0.4~0.5mm to ensure sufficient thrust of the material.
